Privacy Policy under Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 679/16 (“GDPR”)

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The Data Controller(s), i.e. the subject(s) establishing the purposes and means of data processing during your browsing or your purchasing experience on bottegaegnazia.com, are Egnathia Iniziative Turistiche S.r.l. with registered offices in via Claudio Monteverdi, 16 – 00198 Roma – Italy (“Borgo Egnazia”) and Seven s.r.l.s. with registered offices in via Don Morosini, 2 72015 Fasano (BR) Italy (“Seven”) (hereinafter together referred as “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

Borgo Egnazia and Seven having subscribed specific agreements, will act as joint controllers within the limit of the abovementioned agreements.

We process the following categories of personal data:

  1. Data that you provide when you conclude an order and purchase goods (e.g. Name, Surname, email address, shipping and billing address);
  2. Data that you provide when you accept to receive marketing communications from Us (e.g. Name, Surname, email address, country of residence, preferences);

  1. Which are the legal bases of the processing?

that we only use the minimum information necessary for the execution of this. This basis legitimises the
